Anambra Base Pastor Who Promised To Heal ‘Blind And Crippled People Fails To Show Up After Public Healing Challenge.

The pastor had earlier challenged a well-known philanthropist, Ezeaku Ejiofor Mathias, to present a blind and crippled person for miraculous healing in the name of Jesus. The challenge was scheduled for 12:00 PM at United Primary School, Nkpor.

A widely anticipated healing challenge in Anambra State took an unexpected turn on Tuesday as Pastor Jerry Nwachukwu of Bible-Based Church failed to appear for a scheduled public demonstration of faith healing. The pastor had earlier challenged a well-known  philanthropist, Ezeaku Ejiofor Mathias, to present a blind and crippled people for miraculous healing in the name of Jesus.

The challenge was scheduled for 12:00 PM at United Primary School, Nkpor. On Monday, Mathias visited the pastor’s church to submit a reminder letter about the event but was unable to meet him. Church associates also declined to accept the letter, though Mathias confirmed it had been sent via WhatsApp. “Today, we went to submit a reminder letter to Daddy G.O. of Bible-Based Church, Nkpor, who asked us to bring a crippled and blind people to him so that he could heal them in the name of Jesus,” Mathias said.

“We didn’t meet him at the church, and none of his associates accepted the letter. However, we have already sent it to him on WhatsApp, and he has not denied his commitment to coming tomorrow at 12PM at United Primary School, Nkpor, where he will heal the blind and the crippled in the name of Jesus. Don’t miss it—be there tomorrow,” he added. As of midday Tuesday, Mathias and several physically challenged individuals had gathered at the venue, waiting for Pastor Nwachukwu, but he was nowhere to be found.
